The Cowboy Experience is a 3-day ranch-based retreat for veterans seeking renewed purpose, connection, and growth after military service.
Hosted by Dean Properties in partnership with Given Grace Ranch, this West Texas retreat combines horsemanship, ranch projects, leadership workshops, and team-based challenges in an authentic cowboy environment rooted in service, resilience, accountability, and community.
Built around “The Cowboy Code,” the experience is designed to help veterans reconnect through meaningful work, mentorship, and shared experience alongside fellow veterans from across the country.
