Cutting Horse Training

We’re selecting 2 Veterans (x1 Male & x1 Female) to head down to Weatherford, TX to learn horsemanship & cutting.

 

Participants will be hosted by XIT Ranch and trained by Jesse Lennox, Drew Knowles, and their professional NHCA cutting horse trainers at their Spring Creek Performance Training Division.

Additionally, participants will perform at the 2nd Annual Benefit Dinner Oct, 17th 2026 alongside professionals, amateurs and celebrities during the Cutting Horse Exhibition.

Dates will be coordinated after participant selection. This could be a three day experience prior to the Benefit Dinner with a one day refresher Oct 16th or 3-4 days immediately preceding the event.

No experience necessary.

This is an all expense paid (minus travel & incidentals) courtesy of of 1st Annual Benefit Dinner, XIT Ranch, & the Big Fish Foundation.

 

Due to the incredible opportunity & experience, this event will only be open to Veteran’s with a Honorable Discharge. Proof of Honorable Discharge will be required before acceptance (DD214).
