Collecting this data helps us assess program efficacy,  validate our theory of change logic model, and assists with improving how we can increase the impact towards those we serve.

Participation is greatly appreciated and in voluntary. It will not impact your ability to participate in any Big Fish events.

If you are willing to participate, you will be asked to complete the form three times – once before your event and twice following the event.

  • Data is anonymously aggregated to report on overall effectiveness
